About MRO Tracking

MRO Tracking is component repair tracking software for industrial maintenance teams. It was not dreamed up in a software company. It came out of a maintenance shop, built by someone who spent 30 years living the exact problem it solves: parts come off a machine, go out for repair, and then nobody can say where they are or when they are coming back.

Our Story

MRO stands for Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul, the world of keeping a plant’s machines running. Anyone who has worked in it knows the same headache: when a component fails and gets sent out for repair, it is far too easy to lose track of it.

Bruce DeLucenay knew that headache firsthand. Over nearly 30 years in industrial maintenance, he was always the one asking the same questions. Where is that part? When are we getting it back? Wasn’t that still under warranty?

In 2008, he founded Industrial Rep, a company that manages repairs for manufacturers. With hundreds of repairs moving at any one time, staying in control of every one became critical, so Bruce built a tracking system for his own use. It became the backbone of how Industrial Rep served its customers.

It worked so well that he realized every repair manager in every plant deserved the same control. So he built MRO Tracking for repair managers everywhere. After beta testing across the automotive, casting, machining, and medical industries, it proved to be a better way to handle component repairs. That is the tool available today.

What We Stand For

Plain Dealing

No overselling and no jargon. If MRO Tracking is not the right fit for your operation, we will tell you.

Real Support

A real person with a maintenance background answers your questions, not a bot and not an offshore script.

Built from Experience

Every feature traces back to a real problem on a real plant floor, not a whiteboard.

Focused

MRO Tracking does one job, tracking the repairs you send out, and does it well, without the weight of a platform you will never fully use.

Bruce DeLucenay

Founder, MRO Tracking

Bruce DeLucenay has spent nearly 30 years in industrial maintenance, starting at Cooper Tire in 1986. Over his career he worked as a Journeyman Millwright, Maintenance Tech, Maintenance Shift Supervisor, PM Planner, and Maintenance Manager. He has been the person on third shift trying to figure out where a pump went, and the manager trying to prove a repair had been sitting at a vendor for two weeks. In 2008 he founded Industrial Rep, an industrial repair management company, and later built the tracking system that became MRO Tracking. He still answers the phone himself.

MRO Tracking took away the worry of where our repairs are and what stage they are in. At the touch of a few buttons we know who has the repair, whether it is quoting, waiting on approval, in rebuild, or delivered, and when to expect it back. It lets us keep a hand on the pulse of every repair, even though the work is happening outside our walls.
