Follow a repair from start to finish

  • 01 A part comes off the machine.
    A component fails and your maintenance team pulls it. Right there, the person who pulled it can log what it is, which machine it came off, and why it failed, for example "pump off press 3, blowing by, set on shelf A."
  • 02 The repair gets sent out.
    The repair manager reviews it, decides whether it is worth repairing, and with one click the system emails the repair vendor that there is something to pick up. No separate call, email, or text.
  • 03 The vendor quotes it..
    The shop picks up the part and sends a quote. The vendor can enter the quote directly and upload a PDF copy, or your team can enter it. Either way it lands on the repair record.
  • 04 You approve or decline..
    You get an email that the repair has been quoted. Open it, look at the price, and decide: repair or do not repair. The decision is logged and a PO goes out.
  • 05 The repair happens and comes back..
    The vendor completes the work and delivers. The system tracks the promised delivery date against the actual one, so late and early deliveries are on the record for every shop.
  • 06 You confirm it is received..
    Receipt is recorded by your team, not the vendor, because a shop saying it shipped is not the same as it being back on your shelf. That received date is also your reference point for warranty.
